I chose to work with Shea Butter, Grape Seed Oil, and Rosemary Oil because I feel they will be most effective natural ingredients to help with discomfort and it leaves hair with moisture and full of health.

Who is Pasha?

Pasha Haque has been in the ethnic hair care industry for over 30 years. Pasha formulates his products by using his expertise in chemistry and his constant interaction with licensed cosmetologists. With his formula's Pasha gives hair stylist the ability to give their clients healthy hair and creative styles.

Established in 2003, I&R Global Incorporated are the proud manufacturer of Paasha’s Touch and Paasha's Natural Solution. Our goal is to supply quality products and outstanding service. We are a full service manufacturer for all personal care products. All products are formulated by our head chemist, Pasha Haque.

What does the I&R stand for?

I&R Global Incorporated was started by Dr. Imran Pasha Haque and Rizwan Pasha Haque.

Dr. Imran Haque is the Chief Financial Officer and handles all financial aspects plus keeps us proficient with all facets involving person health. Currently he runs and practices in his own medical practice, Carolina Internal Medicine in Asheboro, NC and is the Head Director of Kindred Hospital in Greensboro, NC. In 2005 he was also nominated as for American Medical Association Physician of the Year.

Rizwan Haque is currently the head of Paasha's Touch and Paasha's Natural Solution. He is responsible for all the sales and marketing plus day to day operations at our facility in Greensboro, NC. He is the one to discuss opportunities in producing your own brand.
